AVA Service Contract For Existing Customers
At the completion of the initial install we make sure that your system is in perfect working order and all firmware is up to date. Over time things can change. Equipment needs routine maintenance/cleaning, batteries need changing, firmware needs to be updated, systems need to be calibrated as they break in over time and performance needs evaluating. We recommend having routine maintenance performed as described below. Many of our clients like to preschedule these services so there is no lapse in functionality or performance. Some clients simply want a walk through of there system when the return to the home after an extended absence.
For this reason we offer a maintenance contract for your system. The following services are included per monthly payment.
Extended Phone Hours
Our normal Business Hours are 8-4 M- F and you will typcially get me on the phone during these hours for any issue that may be solvable with a quick chat.
Our extended hours are 8am -8pm 7 Days a week, if you are a service contract participant I will answer and assist during these extended hours.
Every 12 months
• Cleaning of all accessible equipment
• Firmware upgrades for all internet connected devices
• Network and wireless scan and performance review. Calibration as required
• System test Every Year.
• All services above.
• Calibration of all video and audio systems
• Technology review and documentation
• Ventilation check and filter cleaning
Every two years
• All services above.
• Replacement of all rechargeable remote batteries.
• Replacement of all non-rechargeable batteries.
All Equipment is fully covered for a minimum of 1 year from purchase to a maximum of 3 years depending on the item.
